An old lion lived in the forest. He was too weak to catch other animals. He pretended to be sick so they would come close. A clever fox noticed no footprints were leaving his den and ran away.

Once, there was an old lion in the forest who became too weak to hunt. He pretended to be sick and invited other animals to visit him in his cave. Most animals didn’t notice the danger until it was too late. However, a clever fox saw that there were only footprints going into the cave and none coming out, so it ran away.

중/고등학생

In a forest, there was an aging lion who had grown too weak to chase his prey. Determined to lure in unsuspecting animals, he feigned illness and called them into his den under the pretense of needing help. Many naive creatures entered and never returned. However, a sharp-eyed fox noticed that all footprints led in but none came out, so it refused to enter and escaped the lion’s trap.

대학생 및 성인 

In the depths of the forest, an aged lion had grown too frail to pursue his prey. Cunningly, he feigned grave illness, imploring unsuspecting creatures to visit his den out of sympathy. Many naïve animals who entered never emerged again. However, a sharp-witted fox noticed that no tracks led out of the den, recognized the trap, and wisely fled.

The moral of the story
"One should thoroughly examine situations and not be easily misled."
